The RCN has set out a package of eight key priorities which it says are vital for the safety of health care staff and the general public as a wider range of health services resume.

The TUC believes that too many workers have already been put at unnecessary risk through lack of personal protective equipment and inadequate social distancing procedures. 

The change will allow prisoners more opportunities to work and train with employers while serving their sentence, and increase their chances of securing an immediate job on release.
